1-9 压缩率默认6
问题是:不同的级别压缩率都是多大呢？

所有的压缩算法都是具体文件才有具体压缩率或平均压缩率，没有稳定的值。
比如一个字节的文件，所有压缩算法都无法实现压缩。
甚至很多压缩算法越压越大
程序分级，一般是对压缩好的文件再次压缩，所以级不一样
