| 前不久，我重装了2000，然后收到电脑报的软件，有个防死机专家，安后不知它删了那些文件，然后开机，主机关机，屏幕上显示： STOP: c000021a Unkown Hard Error Unkown Hard Error If this is the first time you've seen this stop error scream, restart your computer.If this screen appears again,follow these steps: check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows 2000 updates you might need If problems countiue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as catching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components ,restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select safe mode. Refer to your Getting Started manual for more information on troubleshooting stop errors. 注：我看懂了一些，但重启不行，安去模式进不去，BIOS没改过，应该没问题，删除的文件找不回来，用启动盘无法修复。还有什么办法我没试过，请指点。（重装就别说了）。 [此贴被 拿破仑1234(napolun) 在 12月19日22时47分 编辑过] |

If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components ,restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select safe mode. 你看看这个吧，你自己连安全模式都不得进不去，又不能恢复你的文件。 我想你就用你那别提“重装”吧。我也遇到过这东西，我就是重装了。 我没有别的办法，有没有高手进来指点一下呀？ |
