齐爆抢掠潮4000华人逃难

（联合早报网讯）据新华网2日消息：印度洋大海啸重创印尼几天後，亚齐省众多难
民因为担心会爆发瘟疫而逃离家园。许多目前住在北苏门答腊省省会日里医院的灾民
都说，亚齐的劫掠愈来愈严重，尤其华人更是成了抢劫的主要对象，而且飞出亚齐省
的机票价格也不断上涨，让灾民苦不堪言。

刚从亚齐省逃到棉兰的张姓华人说，华人特别受欺负，许多华人的财产都已经被掠劫
一空。他说自己在亚齐的家全毁了，而故乡的抢劫烧掠又相当严重，将来可能无法回
到亚齐，说着就不禁红了眼眶。

已经有4000多名1日从亚齐省逃难出来的华人聚集棉兰。为了救助难民，棉兰10多个
华人社团向他们提供各种生活用品，并且派出志愿者从事服务。

据报道，在亚齐省北部相对损毁较轻微的司马威镇，很多不法之徒特意误敲警钟，使
居民逃走，然後乘乱抢掠。亚齐省首府班达亚齐一所教堂还被人纵火袭击，一对传教
士夫妇遇害。一家大型医院所有医疗设备及药品，都被灾民抢劫一空，没水没电而且
各种救济物资还未到目的地，就已被饥饿的灾民们抢走，前往亚齐的路上，不断传出
有叛军截走各种物资。

据报道，在离印尼重灾区亚齐最近的大城市棉兰，目前机场周边难民充斥，军机每半
小时一班自亚齐撤出难民。最新消息称，亚齐一带已爆发瘟疫，开始有人因破伤风死
亡，还有许多肢体外伤民众，因没有妥善处理而受感染须截肢。

刚撤出亚齐的医师哈多吉说，当地街道有成堆的?体，横躺在道路上，完全没有处
理。这些死?一层一层堆在一起，犹如人间炼狱。在亚齐，由於?臭熏天，以及担心再
度发生震灾，当地人纷纷逃往北苏门答腊等地，外逃人数已超过20万人。

Dear Sir, and/or Mdm,
亲爱的先生/女士：

If you have watched TV, read n ewspapers, or turned on the
radio this past several days, you&n bsp;may heard of the riots
in Indonesia. News media are tellin g us the Indonesian
Pribumis (Malay) people are rising up against the Suharto
dictatorship. We are told that the& nbsp;Indonesia poor Malay
suffered a lot under Suharto's corr upted regime, and they
wanted change.

如果您最近几天收看电视，看报纸，听广播，您可能已经听说
了印尼发生的暴乱。新闻媒体传播的消息是，印尼的Pribumis

The news media portrayed the Indone sian Malay as honest,
decent, peace loving people who rio ted because they were
hungry, they were poor, and they&nb sp;were victimized by Suharto,
and his filthy-rich Indonesian Chinese&n bsp;allies.

印尼的马来人占总人口的80%。他们中的大多数是穆斯林。印

almost all reports about the Indone sian rioters savagely
attacking businesses owned by the I ndonesian ethnic
Chinese minority come with the DISC LAIMER-like pseudo-
economic news attachment that reminds&nb sp;us of the
"disproportion wealth gap" between the&n bsp;Chinese and the
Malay in Indonesia?

谁是苏哈托？是印尼的马来人？是印尼的华人？是穆斯林？是
基督徒还是佛教徒？您对几乎所有的报道都把对印尼华人的残

A disclaimer-like news attachment usuall y looks like this:
"The Indonesian ethnic Chinese minority& nbsp;only comprises
less than 4% of the Indonesian ;population, but they
controlled more than (70%, 75%, 80% ,85%, 90%, take your
pick) of the entire Indonesian econ omy."

Don't you find it strange the news media attach an ECONOMIC
disclaimer whenever they report the ;BLATANTLY RACIST RIOTS
in Indonesia perpetrated by people from the MAJORITY RACE
against people of the MINORITY RACE ?

Could it be possible that 4% o f the population controlling

Is the World Press reporting from&n bsp;Indonesia consistent
with their reporting from elsewhere ;around the world? Here
are several recent world events, as reported to us by the
same International Media:

In Rwanda, when the MAJORITY Hutus& nbsp;attacked and massacre
the minority Tutsis, the World Pres s reported it as a
racial-based tragedy. There was no mention of the economic
differences. In Bosnia, when the MA JORITY Serbs and/or the
Croats attacked and massacre the Bo snia Muslims, the
International Media told us it was& nbsp;religious-based.

ECONOMIC-related riots?

Indonesian Malay as racists for the ir attack on Chinese
owned businesses? Have you wonder w hy the Indonesian Malay
only attacked the Chinese shops, an d not the Malay,
American, British, or Arabian businesses ?

Are ALL Indonesian Chinese FILTHY-RICH?& nbsp;Of the Indonesian
Chinese, only 5% can be classified& nbsp;as wealthy. The rest
-NINETY-FIVE PERCENT (95%) - of the m are either in the
medium or lower-income strata of th e Indonesian economy.
Today, many Indonesian ethnic Chinese&nb sp;are still living in
wooden shacks because they can NOT& nbsp;afford brick houses.
Many of the poor Indonesian Chinese worked very hard but
they still find it extremely diffic ult to make enough money
to feed and house their family.&nbs p;Most of the really wealthy
Indonesian Chinese already LEFT Indonesi a. Those stayed
behind in Indonesia are the poor&nb sp;Chinese who don't have
the economic means to escape. And&n bsp;they are those whose
businesses are being LOOTED, whose merchandizes are being
PLUNDERED, whose buildings are being&nbs p;TORCHED, whose women
are being RAPED, and whose children are being BRUTALLY
SLAUGHTERED.

所有的印尼华人都是不正当致富的吗？在印尼华人中，仅有5%
能被归入富人阶级。其余的95%是中产阶级或低收入者。今天，
许多印尼华人仍然生活在木制的房子里，因为他们买不起砖瓦

They are the ones made homeless&nbs p;by the Pribumis savagery
attacks, they are made even poorer& nbsp;for having their small
business totally destroyed by the r ioters. The shops that
were destroyed were mostly mom-and-pop&n bsp;type of small
business. With their shops burnt to the ground, those
already poor Chinese gotten even PO ORER. They lost not only
their businesses, they lost their h ome, and they lost many
of their family members who were&nb sp;killed by the Indonesian
Malay rioters.

他们因为Pribumis的野蛮攻击而无家可归。他们因为连小本

Indonesian riots mentioned all these&nbs p;facts? What is the
percentage of those news reports ev en talked about the
Chinese who were BRUTALLY BUTCHERED ;by the rioters?

暴乱者残无人道地屠杀的华人？

Think back for a minute, of th e many of the news reports
you have read about Indonesia, can& nbsp;you think of one which
mentioned the number of Chinese kil led in by the Malay
rioters? How many of those news&nbs p;reports focused on the
plight of the Indonesian ethnic Chi nese minority?

Do you know the story of the&n bsp;innocent THREE-YEAR-OLD
Chinese GIRL who was BRUTALLY BUTCH ERED by the Indonesian
Malay rioters when they broke into& nbsp;her parents house, in
Tanjong Pinang, of Indonesia? The r ioters first broke into
her parents' house. They KILLED her grandmother. Then the
rioters RAPED and BUTCHERED her mot her Finally they
MURDERED this INNOCENT 3 year-old C hinese GIRL, by smashed
open her skull, with a metal p ipe.
您知道一个无辜的三岁女孩的故事吗？她是在暴乱者闯入

reporting the horrible death of an& nbsp;INNOCENT 3-year-old
GIRL? Was it because the little&nbs p;girl is from the Indonesia
ethnic Chinese minority background? Was& nbsp;it because her family
is definitely NOT rich, which may&n bsp;jeopardized the "Indonesian
Chinese FILTHY-RICH" image painted by&nb sp;so many journalists
reporting from Indonesia, for the W orld Media?

您很奇怪印尼的国际新闻为什么不报道一个无辜的三岁女孩的
恐怖死状？是因为她的印尼华裔背景吗？还是因为她的家庭并
不富有，危害到众多新闻机构渲染的所谓"印尼华人不正当
富人"的说法？

Was it because she was a innoc ently sweet little girl,
unlike the "Indonesian Chinese COLD-HEAR TED, EVIL
BUSNESSMEN" image so many journalists&nb sp;would have us
believed?

是因为她是一个无辜的可爱的小女孩，跟众多新闻媒体灌输给
我们的"印尼华人冷血邪恶的商人"形象不符？

Was it because her INNOCENCE may&nb sp;proved to us that
Indonesian Chinese are flesh-and-blood h uman beings, much
like the rest of the humanities,whi ch again, may smash the
"Indonesian Chinese nON-HUMAN" image man y members of the
World Press would like to plant&nbs p;deep into our minds?

是因为她的无辜可以向我们证明，印尼华人是有血有肉的人，
跟其他人一样的人，而这会把国际新闻中的很多人想印在我们
脑子中的"印尼华人不是人"的标记撕个粉碎？

what motivated the International Press&n bsp;members to engage
in such a world-wide scale of DIS-INformATION campaign?
Why are so many journalists trying& nbsp;to make the Indonesian
ethnic Chinese minority into a "FIL THY-RICH," "COLD-
HEARTED," and "EVIL" people, and In the meantime they try
to portray the Indonesian pribumi ( Malay) rioters, who
would NOT even spare the life of an INNOCENT 3-year-old
LITTLE GIRL, as "MILD-MANNERED"?

是什么促使国际出版社（International Press）的人忙于散
布这样一个世界性的谎言？为什么如此多的新闻记者力图把印
尼华人推进"不正当富人"、"冷血动物"、"邪恶者"之类的群

The Indonesian Chinese are the VICT IMS, the Indonesian
Pribumis are the PETRATORS. But yet , every time a news
story of Chinese houses being burne d, the same news story
also told us how WEALTHY those ;Chinese are. Did you ever
read a news report which scrutinize d the wealth of the
victims who just had their house&nb sp;burned to the ground?
Every time there is a mention about Chinese business being
looted, there is also a mention&nbs p;of how much ECONOMIC POWER
those Chinese have.
每一次报道关于某个华人的房子被烧毁的新闻，同样的新闻就
会告诉我们那些华人有多么富有。您什么时候看到过新闻报道
真得仔细调查过被烧了房子的华人的财产吗？

How many time have you ever re ad a news report which linked
the economic status of a mug v ictim, to the crime (of
mugging) itself? just how credible are the news reports
from Indonesia? How ludicrous the j ournalists want to be?
How much DIS-INformATION they are a llowed to pump out
before they are called to task ;to answer for all the
GARBAGES they have written? Are the Indonesian ethnic
Chinese minorities strong allies of ;Suharto?
印尼的新闻报道有多少是可靠的？您能想象新闻机构制造的荒
谬可笑能到什么程度吗？印尼的少数民族华人真得是苏哈托强
大的同盟军吗？

The Indonesian ethnic Chinese minorities had been
victimized under the Suharto-led Pribumi government..
Although they are ethnic Chinese, t hey are NOT allowed to
have a Chinese name. The Suharto-le d Pribumi regime
dictated that NO Chinese in Indones ia can have Chinese name.
ALL Chinese in Indonesia MUST have& nbsp;Indonesian name, or they
will not be granted an Indonesian&n bsp;citizenship.

在苏哈托专制统治下，印尼华人已经备受摧残。尽管他们是华
裔，但他们不能起中国名字。所有的印尼华人必须用印尼名字，
否则没有印尼公民身份。

This law only applies to the e thnic Chinese.A person with
Italian ancestry applying for an In donesian citizenship
is allowed to keep his Italian ;name.

A person born in Indonesia by a Mexican parentage is
allowed to carry a Mexican name&nbs p;on his Indonesian
citizenship form. A Russian is allo wed to keep his Russian
name as well. ONLY the Chinese ;are prohibited from having
a Chinese name. The law specificall y discriminates against
the ethnic Chinese. Indonesian Chinese&n bsp;are NOT allowed
to learn the Chinese language.

一个在印尼出生的墨西哥血统的人同样也可以墨西哥名字获得
印尼国籍。俄罗斯血统的人也可以取俄罗斯名字。而唯独华人，
不能取中文名字。法律还特别地歧视印尼华人，不准他们学习
汉语。

In Indonesia, a couple of from ;Nigeria can teach their
children the Nigerian language. Anyone&n bsp;interested in
learning French can enrolled into F rench courses offered
in several Indonesian colleges and universities. But if
a Chinese is caught learning the&nb sp;Chinese language in
Indonesia, [s] he may be thrown into jail for breaking the
anti-Chinese law.

在印尼，来自尼日利亚的夫妇可以教他们的孩子尼日利亚语。

is forbidden. Indonesian Chinese are&nbs p;not allowed to
celebrate the Chinese New year.
一个人在印尼教汉语被抓住可能被判死罪，如果他被控犯有"颠

In Indonesia, Muslim's holy days su ch as Ramadan are
celebrated.
In Indonesia, Christian's holy days ;like Christmas and
Easter are celebrated.
But in Indonesia, the Indonesian Ch inese are prohibited
from celebrating their Chinese New Year.
In Indonesia, the Chinese are not&n bsp;allowed to work for the
government.

在印尼，穆斯林的圣日，诸如Ramadan是可以庆祝的。基督教
的圣日，譬如圣诞节和复活节都是可以庆祝的。但印尼的华人
不能庆祝中国的新年。在印尼，华人没有权利在政府部门工作。

Persons from Brazilian or German he ritage are not barred
from working in the Indonesian gove rnment. But a ethnic
Chinese who was born in Indonesia&n bsp;is not allowed to workin ANY&nb
sp;Indonesian government department.

来自巴西或德国的印尼人不会被剥夺在政府部分工作的权利。
但华人不得在任何印尼政府机构供职。

In Indonesia, the Chinese are discr iminated.The ethnic
Chinese are not permitted to have&n bsp;permanent land title.
The same restriction does NOT apply to Caucasian from the
United States, however.

（permanent land title）。而同样的限制对来自美国的高加

The ethnic Chinese are prohibited f rom obtaining
governmental scholarships. No such restr iction for people
of ANY OTHER ethnic background. The Indonesian ethnic
Chinese minority is the ONLY group& nbsp;of people in Indonesia
who are officially PERSECUTED by th e Suharto-led regime.

印尼华人按规定不能获得政府的奖金。这项禁令对任何其他种
族背景的人都不适用。印尼华人少数民族在印尼是唯一的被苏
哈托时代政府迫害的社会群体。

A coup led by Suharto, back in the 1960's, resulted in a
total defeat of PKI (Parti Komunis& nbsp;Indonesia, or the
Indonesian Communist Party). Suharto and his army cracked
down on members of the PKI, an d more than 2 MILLION people
died during the purging process.

60年代苏哈托发起的政变使得PKI（Parti Komunis Indonesia
或印尼GCD）彻底失败。苏哈托和他的军队镇压了PKI成员。

Among the dead were more than 300,000 (some estimates ran
up to more than 500,000) INNOCENT&n bsp;ethnic Chinese who had

Mild-mannered people don't loot, plunder , rape or kill
people, no matter how economically-chall enged they are.
The Indonesian Pribumis who looted, ;plundered, raped and
killed the chinese are definitely N OT mild-mannered.

济上多么有挑战性。而温和的守规矩的印尼的马来人所干的正
是杀人，强奸、掳掠之类的勾当。

The Indonesia Malay attacked the Ch inese not for the money,
the attacked the Chinese because th ey [Pribumis] are
RACISTS. The attacks are blatantly RACIALLY-MOTIVATED
attacks.

印尼马来人攻击华人不是为了钱。他们是纯粹的种族主义者！
野蛮的种族主义者。

Why is the World Press keep av oiding to report the TRUTH?
为什么国际新闻不报道真相？

Why are the journalists trying so&n bsp;hard to hide all those
RACIST ATTACKS under the economic b anner?

What objective[s] the World Media like to achie ve by
misguiding us, their audiences?

can, we need to tell the world that the Indonesian Huaren
are not the evil people the ma ss media would like you to

We also need your help to cont act people in political
offices. We urgently need outside p ressures stop the save
the lives of innocent ethnic Chines e in Indonesia. With
only less than 4% of the total population, the ethnic
Chinese in Indonesia can't possibly ;withstand the
unrelenting onslaughts by the Indonesian Malay.

海啸冥思--中国人太善良了----- 我真不知到是否?要捐款????

海啸夺取了很多人的生命，生命没了。不过政治还在继续表演，先是美国人，讽刺中
国人出的钱少。现在事件已经不单单是一场海啸的问题。而是演变成了政治事件。

有人会说我们悼念那些死去的是出于人性的考虑，这个当然了，大家都生活在地球上
是需要互相帮助，可是本人忘记不了98年，印尼人排华，屠杀中国华裔的行为，那个
时候全世界都在看热闹。包括美国，它的正义哪里去了？当然不会出现在那个状况
下。本人有幸，在排华事件结束后，做问一个普通人到印尼，我看到的是大街上无数
双充满冷漠的眼神，在那个国家我感觉到的是阴森，诡异。印尼自苏哈托以后，这个
国家基本上可以说，当地的人是没有开化的，他们保留的思想和行为是恶心令人生厌
的；之所以这说，因为我知道生活在那里的华裔，虽然很有钱，但是他们面对的是一
个和日本一样的民族：表面的和气，内心恶毒得时刻都想杀死你的态度。华人。是一
个善良的民族，自古便有着勤劳的美德。可是因为受不了华人的有钱，加上他们内心
无比的看低华人，所以才有了排华事件──那根本是屠杀，和南京大屠杀没有区别。也
许有的人会说海啸死去的人里面没有这些人。这是一种极其幼稚的思想，1937年日本
人屠杀中国人，难道还分东京人和北海道人吗？有区别吗？所以本人对这次海啸内心
是充满了同情，也希望他们得到应该有的帮助，可是我的内心对印尼人的憎恨没有因
为海啸减少。
中国人善良的太多了。可是善良的却不是地方，这是很奇怪的。在同情斯里蓝卡人，
泰国人，印度人的时候，还要帮助印尼人和国人搞对立。这个思想很奇怪。我想问的
是。难道死了那些华裔不是中国人吗？他们当时又得到谁的同情和帮助了？谁当时站
出来谴责过这种屠杀行为？谁可以负责的说一句？没有，世界一片沉默。中国人除了
零零散散的谴责便没有了后话，这算什么？可是今天你看到的是为了一个根本不相干
的人，国人之间再次内讧：打着人性、良知的大旗，谴责那些只因为说了句"印尼不
该得到同情"的话的国人！这是什么心态？是不是自私和看不起同胞的内心在作祟？
有意思，中国人。我开始佩服我们中国人了。真是感情丰富和心思细腻。这多么难能
可贵。这是一个被人踩在头上还不会相信人家会杀死你的民族。怪不得要被人奴役！
很好中国人。一大帮人为了一个把华裔女性当牲口强奸后扔到大街上的民族，群起激
昂，大唱悼念，还居然有流着泪打字看新闻的！国内那些没饭吃饿死的人，还有那些
生活在社会最低层的人，每天拣烂菜度日的人，怎么没有得到你们的同情呢？奇怪
了？反而为一个不相干，人家也不需要你帮助，还曾经对你民族变相屠杀的民族大放
同情和祝福之歌。呵呵，中国人。是很矛盾。你们这样的人生存在地球上永远没有价
值。因为你们分不清楚好与坏的区别。你们只是弱者。永远要被人奴役。你们的女人
永远都要被当做牲口一样扔来扔去。英法百年战争到今天在法国都买不到英国货，因
为但凡一个民族都是有良知和血性的，也许有人会说把部分人的过错扣到整个民族的
头上，是不公平的。可惜你们永远也不明白世界就是如此的。一个人做错了。他就已
经代表了一个民族。二战希特勒屠杀犹太人，到今天犹太人也决不同德国人交朋友。
没有人会说希特勒怎样，只会说二战德国是个疯狂的国家。日本被美国扔了两颗原子
弹，到今天在日本长崎和广岛的原子弹纪念馆都有人在纪念他们。而且是每天都在上
演。一个人做事代表了一个民族。我想你们这么流泪也许真是处于同情。

不过我不希望我存在的民族是个没有血性没有仇恨的民族。没有了仇恨。这个民族如
同奴隶，是不会有进去心的。强大需要责任感和危机感。怜悯只是对自己的惩罚。真
正的强者是不会同情敌人，哪怕他只是一个孩子。大自然最基本的一条定律就是适者
生存，在人类世界同样是这个概念。只有强大，保存内心的仇恨才能得到别人的尊
重；要不然你就是大自然人类世界中的弱者，你永远都是美味的猎物等待别的猎物来
吞噬你。和你们这些弱者同属一个民族真是一件丢脸的事。要想真正站起来，看来是
很难了。只是希望你们别拖累那些有血性、有人性的同胞。每个民族都有仇恨和理
想。不能只有同情和仁慈的心。想要生存，想要活命，就留着你们菩萨般的心肠好好
对待同胞吧──那些同胞是更需要你们关怀的。印尼只是一个没有关系，曾经屠杀我们
族群的一个野兽民族。不要忘了1998年那些被强奸的一双双同胞的眼睛。还有那些因
为屠杀失去家庭的华裔，那些眼神是多么的无助，多么的凄凉！看着那个时候印尼人
的表情，你仿佛看到了魔鬼的化身。只是现在这个魔鬼受伤了，等他康复以后，他还
会继续用他的力量来征服你。不信你就等着看吧。所有的民族子民需要的是一个强大
令人害怕的民族，而不是一个被别的民族骑到头上的奴隶。

说了这么多，只是想告诉你们：同情别的民族的时候看看自己是否已经真正的做到对
待自己同胞的宽容和善良仁慈之心？如果没有，就不要继续伪装了！

朋友，别忘记你们今天对印尼的同情是建立在1998年被屠杀的华人身上的！！
我??家在９８年?生了多少??, 南方大水?, 印尼的?人被凌辱被?死Ｎ多,???候那些多
嘴的?家在干什么?

不要去管什么印尼地震,不要管什么印尼海?,活?, ?是??!!

我??什么非要善良?
我?自己?家的?人那么多, 干??要管印尼的死活!
我??家有那么多的失?儿童,印尼捐款了么?
